How to Reposition and Reuse Phototex peel and stick residue fabric ?
Whilst it is possible to re use the liner your prints came with, unless you have had the image cut and there is extra bleed to facilitate the image to be easily repositioned on the liner it arrived with, we believe it is easier and more prudent to use the core of the roll that you will have usually recieved phototex.
Just check and wrap the core you were supplied with a non porous adhesive or any spare or waste Phototex. If need be request your prints to be supplied on a core that has been wrapped with a form of non porous covering.
You have two choices: peel off the surface your phototex print, then wrap it onto the core, one by one. Do not worry about the adhesive coming into contact with the printed side because both the printed side and the adhesive is stable and robust and neither will be damage. One print after another just wrap phototex onto the core until you have finished.
Once done, add some more paper, film or other protective media on the op of the remaining phototex so that you can be sure that phototex on the outside is protected. Meanwhile the phototex wrapped beneath is now protected and preserved for the next time you want to use it.
Just remember careful handling and gentle movement of the phototex on its media core will preserve your phototex for the next event or placement.
